As part of their continued focus on innovation, Catalyser set out to develop a new AI-powered feature to give charity managers and executives deeper insight into their giving data—without needing to dig through spreadsheets or dashboards.
My role was to design a reporting chatbot that would make interacting with complex data feel simple, intuitive, and even conversational.
Project Goals & Solution
This feature was a strategic product addition, not solving a pain point, but expanding the platform’s value in forward-thinking ways. Our goals were to:
Enable users to query giving data conversationally
Automate the creation and sharing of visual, stakeholder-ready reports
Save time by reducing manual effort in routine reporting
Make data insights more accessible to charity managers, executives, and finance teams
By introducing this AI capability, Catalyser aimed to set a new standard in how impact data is experienced, especially at the enterprise level.
